Before uploading your deposit slip, please write down your name, club and district for easy accounting.
If paying as a group, note down all names who is part of the payment.
THERE IS NO GROUP REGISTRATION, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER EACH ATENDEE ONE-BY-ONE. YOU CAN RE-USE THE GROUP DEPOSIT SLIP.

Requests for change of attendee for paid registration must be through the host club.

Refunds requested two weeks before the event shall be approved less a processing fee of P500.00 and will be processed only after November 23.

NO refunds effective November 23.

Rotary International (RI) District 3860 and the District Executive Committee recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from RI District 3860 members. The personal data obtained from this portal is entered and stored within the organization’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by authorized personnel. RI D3860 and the District Executive Committee have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the RI D3860 members' personal data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:
