The Rotary International District 3860 (RID 3860) recognizes its responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and is committed to protecting the personal data of its members.

The personal data collected through this portal will be entered and securely stored within the organization’s authorized information and communications systems. It will only be accessed by designated Tri-District Visit (D3850, D3860, D3870) of TRF Trustee Chair Holger Knaack and Spouse Susanne and Regional Rotary Foundation & Membership Awards Ceremony Committee members for legitimate purposes related to the event. The Committee has implemented appropriate organizational, technical, and physical security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information.
